A trademark protection for the territory of Belgium alone is not possible. The protection for Belgium is the Benelux.
If you wish to have your trademark registered for the Benelux, you can always call upon us. For € 750,00 excl. VAT we take care of the entire procedure of research, management and registration of the trademark from A to Z. You can also always call upon our services for the further protection of your trademark. For € 75,00 excl. VAT we protect your trademark for a whole year.
If a trademark registration is refused, you will only receive an invoice for the research hours performed and not for the registration cost.
In return you get:
A 10-year protection in the entire Benelux, which can be extended at your request;
Three product groups or classes. If you wish to register more classes, an additional cost of € 100,00 per class will be charged;
