KMO-PORTEFEUILLE (SME-PORTFOLIO)
You can appeal to the KMO-portfolio for certain advice STUDIO | LEGALE. was, after a very thorough screening and examination by the Flemish Agency for Innovation and Enterprise, recognized as SME-portfolio advisor.
As a result, if you are a practitioner of a self-employed profession or an SME you are eligible to make use of the SME-portfolio, from now on you can do so within the framework of our advice service.
Who can benefit from the subsidy via the SME-PORTFOLIO?
You must be established in Flanders as an SME or as a selfemployed professional. The conditions to qualify as an SME can be found here.
You must be active in the private sector with an acceptable main activity.

How much is the subsidy?
A small enterprise benefits from a grant of 30% of the total amount. The maximum amount that you can receive per year as a grant is 7,500.00 euro.
A medium-sized enterprise receives a grant of 20% of the total amount. The maximum amount of aid you can receive per year is 7,500.00 euro.
For which purposes can a subsidy be applied for?
If you meet the conditions, you can apply for a subsidy via the SME-portfolio for written advice that you obtain from us, as a registered service provider, which falls under one of the following types:
The advice should be aimed at making business decisions based on analysis, advice and an implementation plan from a concrete problem statement.
The advice that we can give you and that falls under this heading includes advice on takeovers, labour law, starting up new activities, the legal form of the company, advice on a reorganisation plan, screening of contracts, etc.
In any case, the advice is intended to give your company an extra boost. Therefore, advice on ordinary business expenses, legally required services or subsidies will not be considered to fall under the subsidy.
To apply for the subsidy, the advice must cost at least € 500.00 (excluding VAT). The application should be submitted within fourteen days after the start of the cooperation.
Services that are performed outside the scope of this consultancy cannot be considered for a subsidy via the SME-portfolio. This does not mean, however, that you can no longer come to us for these. We can continue to assist you with this under the usual invoicing conditions.
