Who are we?

STUDIO | LEGALE Lawyers is a grouping of lawyers and has no legal personality of its own. The lawyers act individually on their own behalf, either as a company or as a one-man business. The lawyers of STUDIO | LEGALE are associated with the Antwerp Bar and work in Belgium. Lawyer Joost Peeters is also associated with the Brussels Bar. Under “team” you can find more concrete data about the lawyers at STUDIO | LEGALE.

STUDIO | LEGALE lawyers is the legal ONE STOP SHOP. You’ll find several specialists under the same roof. STUDIO | LEGALE Lawyers aims to be a full service office and is active in various fields of law. The service does not end at the Belgian borders.

The general terms and conditions that our office uses can be consulted at the office in B-2018 Antwerp, Haantjeslei 69A, are listed on the invoices and on this website.

The rates, fees, costs and/or calculation methods of STUDIO | LEGALE Lawyers will be provided to you upon first request.

Professional liability, professional rules and codes of conduct

The professional liability of the lawyers at STUDIO | LEGALE Advocaten is insured with Amlin Europe nv, with registered office in Amstelveen (Netherlands), branch office in Belgium known under RPR 0416.056.358 and this via broker Van Breda & Risks, Plantin en Moretuslei 297, 2140 Antwerp.

The policy provides cover throughout the world, with the exception of claims exception of claims filed in the United States or Canada, or fall under the laws or jurisdiction of the United States or Canada.

The insurance provides a guarantee of EUR 1,250,000 per

damage case. The liability of STUDIO | LEGALE Advocaten is limited to these insured amounts.

In addition, all the lawyers in our firm are, for their activities in Belgium are subject to extrajudicial dispute resolution, as provided for in the following code of conduct or Rules: Rules for collection of fees of the Bar Association Antwerp of 27 June 2005
