Exploitation of begging means that a person is induced to beg or a person is put at the disposal of a beggar to induce pity. Begging itself is not punishable, only inciting or using/abusing others for begging. Increased sentences are provided for using minors, abusing a vulnerable situation and using violence, threats or deception to force someone into begging.
