Flitscontroles van de sociale inspectie
De sociale inlichtingen- en opsporingsdienst (hierna: SIOD) voert op geregelde tijdstippen sociale flitscontroles uit in verschillende sectoren.
De flitscontroles hebben voornamelijk informatief en preventief karakter en hebben tot doel dat overtreders beseffen dat er een reëel risico is om betrapt te worden. De controles worden daarom aangekondigd op de website van SIOD.
De inspectiediensten zullen nagaan of de arbeidsovereenkomsten in orde zijn, of de lonen correct werden aangegeven etc.
Uiteraard zullen de inspectiediensten verbaliseren en een sanctie opleggen wanneer een zwaarwichtige inbreuk wordt vastgesteld.
Meestal zal een maand na de controle een administratieve controle worden uitgevoerd om na te gaan of de inbreuken werden rechtgezet.
De SIOD maakte bekend dat volgende flitscontroles gepland staan in 2020:
- Schoonmaaksector: januari 2020
- Elektrotechnische en bouwsector: maart 2020
- Horeca: nog te bevestigen
- Taxi- en vervoerssector: mei 2020
- Land- en tuinbouwsector: juli 2020
- Carwashsector: september 2020
- Vleessector: november 2020

Les contrôles flash de l’inspection sociale
Le Service d’information et de recherche sociale (SIRS) effectue régulièrement des contrôles sociaux éclairs dans différents secteurs.
Les contrôles flash sont principalement de nature informative et préventive et visent à faire prendre conscience aux délinquants qu'il existe un risque réel d'être pris. Les contrôles sont donc annoncés sur le site du SIRS.
Les inspections vérifient si les contrats de travail sont en règle, si les salaires ont été correctement déclarés, etc.
Bien entendu, les inspections verbaliseront et imposeront une sanction si une infraction grave est constatée.
En règle générale, un contrôle administratif est effectué un mois après l'inspection pour vérifier si les infractions ont été corrigées.
Le SIRS a annoncé que les contrôles flash suivants étaient programmés en 2020 :
- Secteur du nettoyage : janvier 2020
- Secteur électrotechnique et de la construction : mars 2020
- Horeca : pas encore confirmé
- Secteur des taxi et des transports : mai 2020
- Agiculture et horticulture : juillet 2020
- Secteur du car-wash : septembre 2020
- Secteur de la viande : novembre 2020

Flash check-ups by the social inspection
The Social Intelligence and Investigation Service (SIOD) regularly carries out social flash check-ups in various sectors.
The flash checks-ups are mainly informative and preventive in nature and aim to make offenders realise that there is a real risk of being caught. The check-ups are therefore announced on the website of SIOD.
The inspection services will check whether the employment contracts are in order, whether the wages have been correctly declared, and so on.
Of course, the inspection services will report and impose a sanction if a serious infringement is detected.
Usually an administrative inspection will be carried out one month after the flash check-up in order to check whether the infringements have been remedied.
The SIOD announced that next flash check-ups are planned in 2020:
- Cleaning sector: January 2020
- Electrical engineering and constructions: March 2020
- Horeca (catering sector): to be confirmed
- Taxi and transport sector: May 2020
- Agriculture and horticulture: July 2020
- Car wash sector: September 2020
- Meat sector: November 2020
