Lena Verbist obtained her Master’s degree in Law with distinction from the University of Antwerp in June 2025. During her Master’s programme, she specialised in liability law, family law and insurance law.

To further her knowledge of civil law, she obtained her Master’s degree in Notarial Studies with distinction from the Catholic University of Leuven in June 2026. During this course, her interest in property law was sparked.

In September 2026, she was admitted to the Antwerp Bar and joined the team at Studio Legale Advocaten.

She speaks and writes Dutch and English fluently, and is familiar with French.
